The Jerusalem artichoke press is derived from the pressing of the Jerusalem artichoke tubers. The residue is dried.

 

Description

Nice crunchy additive for muesli, puree soup, porridge, smoothie, etc.

In press residue the content of inulin is  much smaller (14%/100g) than in  freeze dried topinambur powder (70%/100g). So you don’t have to worry about overdosing with inulin.

Composition: 100% topinambur press residue. Organic farming

Using: add 3-4 tbsp to smoothie, muesli, soup, porridge, yoghurt etc.
